Our new website is now live - existing users are required to reset their password to make a purchase.
Why are we doing it?
We’ve designed the new website to create an even better shopping experience when buying parts and accessories for your MX5 – you can expect:
- A better user experience when shopping on your mobile
- The ability to filter through our products easier to find the parts for your Mk
- More tailored offers and promotions in the future when you sign up for our On The Mk newsletter
Resetting your password on the new website
Our new website is now live and you will need to reset your password when you login into your account for the first time by following the instructions on screen.
You will still be able to use the same username and email address.
All new customers will be required to create an account before making a purchase.

- What if I need to speak to someone?
- Our Customer Services team will be on-hand to answer any questions Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and can be contacted at sales@mx5parts.co.uk or calling +44 (0)2392 644 588
- Will I still be able to use the same login details to access the new website?
- You will be able to use the same username and email as before, however you will be required to reset your password the first time that you log into your account in the new website
- Will I be able to see all previous online orders in my account in the new website?
- Yes, once you have reset your password and logged in, you will be able to see your previous order history
- What happens if I have placed an order before the upgrade happened on Tuesday 5th December?
- All orders placed by 1pm on Monday 4th December 2023 were despatched on the 4th & 5th If you placed an order for an item that is out of stock, then your order has gone onto backorder in the usual way and you will be kept up to date with our usual weekly automated stock update emails
- I have got an order already on backorder, will this be affected?
- Your order will still be valid in the new website, however our Customer Services team may need to contact once the parts are available to authorise the payment in our new IT system
- What happens if I had items in my basket in the old website?
- Unfortunately, your shopping basket will be emptied and you will need to add them again once the new website is live
- Will my personal data be secure?
- All your data is being migrated securely under GDPR guidelines and will not be shared with any 3rd Passwords will not be migrated which is why you need to reset your password in this new website
- What happens if I still have unused gift vouchers?
- These won't work in our new website. Don't worry though, your unused gift voucher will still be valid so all you need to do is contact the sales team by phone or email who will be happy to help.
