The MX5 National Anniversary Rally on June 9th at Compton Verney was an event to remember for all MX5 enthusiasts, and for us at MX5parts, it was a truly remarkable experience. Connecting with Our Community
One of the highlights of the day was meeting so many of our valued customers. Our stand was buzzing with activity as enthusiasts came by to chat, share their stories, and explore our latest offerings. It was heartwarming to see familiar faces and meet new ones, all united by a shared passion for the iconic MX5. The camaraderie and enthusiasm were palpable, making the event a joyful celebration of the MX5 community.
Show Highlights: The MX5 Restorer and Special Editions
The rally was packed with exciting showcases and stands, but a few stood out in particular. MX5restorer, renowned for their expertise in restoring and enhancing MX5s, had an impressive display. Their dedication to preserving and enhancing the legacy of the MX5 was evident in every meticulously restored vehicle on their stand. It was inspiring to see their craftsmanship up close and to witness their passion for these beloved cars.
Another major attraction was the display of special edition Mazda MX5s, including the Le Mans and Tokyo Limited editions. These rare and unique models drew admirers from all corners of the rally. The Le Mans edition, with its striking livery and racing pedigree, was a standout, while the Tokyo Limited edition captivated with its distinctive style and exclusivity. These special editions reminded us all of the rich history and diversity of the MX5 lineage.
Special Guest: Auto Alex and 'Phil'
Adding to the excitement, popular YouTuber Auto Alex took to the stage to talk about his famous MX5, 'Phil'. His engaging presentation and genuine enthusiasm for the MX5 were infectious. Hearing the story behind 'Phil' and Alex's adventures with the car was a treat for all attendees.
